Happy Childhood Memory Regression. In this gentle session, I guide you back to a cherished, joyful memory—a sun-drenched day, a moment of pure delight and safety. Reconnecting with that innocence and freedom can be deeply restorative, and we explore how those joyful feelings can be woven back into your present life.

Group Suggestive Sessions. Healing in community has its own special magic. In a group setting, participants share calming relaxation, gentle imagery, and empowering affirmations around common themes, then have the chance to reflect together and strengthen their sense of connection.
