Welcome to Free Spirit Hypnosis! My name is Francesca Loparco, and I am a certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist dedicated to helping individuals explore the depths of their consciousness.  Additionally, I hold certification as a Level 1 intern in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, with my Level 2 coursework completed. I am eagerly looking forward to becoming a Level 2 practitioner upon completing the necessary practice sessions with clients.

I view hypnosis as akin to scuba diving—an expedition into the depths of the mind, where transformation and discovery await. Just as scuba divers explore the vastness beneath the waves, I guide my clients on their inward journeys to uncover the beauty and wisdom that frequently lie beneath the surface of everyday life.

I have always been inspired by Michelangelo's famous quote: "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free." This profound insight reflects his artistic process and philosophy, emphasizing that the sculpture—in this case, an angel—was already present within the marble. His task was to reveal it by carefully removing the surrounding material. I see my hypnosis work in this way, serving as a catalyst for personal growth and a metaphor for the potential within each individual. My goal is to help you chip away at the barriers that obscure your true self and to set free the brilliance that lies within.

In my practice, I incorporate powerful symbolism to enhance healing experiences. The dolphin is a significant symbol for me, embodying harmony and balance. These intelligent creatures swim in pods, demonstrating the importance of community and cooperation, and reminding us to live in alignment with nature. Moreover, dolphins reflect qualities of freedom and playfulness—qualities that inspire joy and invite us to embrace life’s lighter side. They also hold cultural significance as harbingers of good luck, protection, guidance, and wisdom, much like the support and insights I strive to provide to my clients.

Another powerful symbol I cherish is the star, representing the eternal truth of our existence. The star embodies the inner light that shines within each individual, reflecting the unchanging love of God. It serves as a reminder that our true reality transcends physical limitations and societal illusions. The star signifies the end of sacrifice, heralding our recognition of oneness with the divine and the beauty that emerges when we embrace our authentic selves.
